1. Introduction
Welcome to RoadSkills Driving Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling in our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these carefully before proceeding with your lessons.

2. Lesson Bookings
All driving lessons must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or directly with our instructors. Once a lesson is confirmed, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in the lesson fee being charged in full.

3. Payment Terms
All payments for lessons, packages, or courses must be made at the time of booking. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Refunds for unused lessons are available upon request, subject to our cancellation policy.

4. Learner’s Provisional License & Legal Requirements
Students must hold a valid UK learner’s license and bring it to each lesson. It is the student’s responsibility to comply with all legal requirements and ensure their permit remains valid during the course of lessons.

5. Instructor Availability
While we make every effort to provide continuity with the same instructor, there may be circumstances that require a change in instructor availability. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and arrange for a suitable replacement.

6. Safety & Vehicle Condition
All our vehicles are regularly maintained to meet UK road safety standards. For your safety and the safety of others, the instructor has the right to end the lesson if they deem you unfit to drive (e.g., under the influence of alcohol or drugs).

7. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to follow all instructions given by the instructor and act responsibly during lessons. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to reckless or negligent behavior may result in additional charges.

8. Data Protection
RoadSkills is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and store personal information in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. Your details will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Liability
RoadSkills and its instructors are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage occurring during or after driving lessons unless caused by our negligence.

10. Amendments to Terms
RoadSkills reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated to students via email or on our website.
