1. DVSA Practical Test & Instructor Availability

Under DVSA regulations, learners are strictly required to book and manage their own practical test via GOV.UK. Road Skills Driving School does not book, manage, change, or cancel candidate practical tests. Learners must consult and confirm availability with their instructor before reserving or changing a practical test date.
2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Illness Policy

A strict clear 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Short-notice illness or sickness is not an exemption for cancellations under 48 hours.
